We currently face a leadership crisis in America because the founders of this nation designed our government to be a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.  But instead, we have a government of the special interests, by the special interests, and for the special interests. 

Our elected politicians appear to be controlled by an institutionalized system of bribery, in which leaders are chosen based on how much money they can raise to discredit their opponents, rather than on the ideas they have for advancing the nation’s prosperity. Legislation is passed or not passed based on the power of money and lobbyists who dominate the decision-making process at the committee level, where laws are written. 

Politicians appear to have more loyalty and allegiance to the political parties they belong to and the special interest groups that keep them in power than to the nation and the people they are elected to serve.  We need Universal Principles to help us find leaders who are accountable to the people they are elected to serve.

In our government, the House, Senate, and White House currently work like the Three Stooges.  When the party of two of the Stooges is in power, the party of the third Stooge looks for ways to maintain their power in Congress, and they find uncooperative ways to exercise their power.  Consequently, we have a stalemate and gridlock in Washington, which hinders the nation’s progress, as each party has its own agenda and there is no unity.

Instead, the House, Senate, and White House should work like the Three Musketeers.  They should follow Universal Principles that will allow them to work as one, like the Three Musketeers, for the well-being of the whole nation.  We the people need Universal Principles that will help us to identify and elect more Musketeers and transform the Stooges into Musketeers, who can work in unity for the benefit of everyone. 

We must be aware of what Scripture teaches us: “And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.  And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand” (Mark 3:24-25).  To strengthen our democracy and address our problems, we must have Universal Principles that create transparency and unity.

The proposed Comprehensive 8-Year American Strategic Reform Plan (ASRP), based on the Universal Principles, has been designed to address the root causes of the major systemic problems facing our nation and the world.  It is based on research to identify the root causes of our problems, and then the Universal Principles were applied to these problems to develop common-sense proposals for their solutions.  The ASRP provides a legislative agenda for America to recover from the internal 50/50 gridlock that has been devastating the nation socially and economically, and to begin addressing the corruption driven by Money Power.

Unity is desperately needed in Congress to identify the Musketeers from both political parties who are willing to work together to achieve the two-thirds majority required to pass the reform legislation that will lead to a more perfect union.  This ASRP will identify the power brokers and Stooges who are willing to do anything, say anything, and abandon their integrity and oaths of office to stay in power.  We the people will then be able to send the elected power brokers and Stooges home after the next midterm election and elect more Musketeers.

Before the 2024 Presidential Election, it was proposed that this ASRP be debated in Congress during the next president’s first term in office no matter which presidential candidate won the presidential election because if former President Trump won, the country would face a severe crisis in our democracy, and if Vice-President Harris won, the 50/50 gridlock of the past few decades would likely continue, and it would be challenging for her to get her legislative agenda passed in Congress.  Since former President Trump has won the election, we the people must develop a new strategy.

Our next president can move from the Hope of President Obama, who risked his political career to pass the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that currently serves the American people; from the Possibility of President Biden, who gave up his political career to help ensure that the initiatives and programs he started for service to the American people might continue; to the Probability that our next president can achieve unity, accountability, and prosperity for the American people by establishing a detailed reform plan that addresses all of the major systemic problems facing our nation and by involving the citizens and leaders from both political parties in the plan.

On August 8, 1968, in his acceptance speech for nomination for President, former Vice-President Richard Nixon stated that, “America is in trouble today not because her people have failed, but because her leaders have failed.  And what America needs are leaders that match the greatness of her people.”  His statement is probably more relevant today than ever in our nation’s history, because many of our leaders are now trying to implement a blatant, unconstitutional plan to turn back the clock on the progress America has made since its founding.

Humanity has reached a pivotal point in history where we the people of America and the other nations of the world, must begin choosing leaders who will seek peace and prosperity that benefit all people, over leaders who seek war and destruction that only benefit bankers, monopolies, and undertakers.  Otherwise, we will all be doomed to mutual and inevitable destruction that will be many times worse than the estimated 70 to 85 million people killed during World War II.

We the people of America and the other nations of the world, must begin addressing the current humanitarian crises in a peaceful manner by utilizing the Universal Principles and the rule of law to resolve human conflicts and human suffering.  When one nation attempts to take over the territory of another nation by military force, the international rule of law can be enforced when the United States, NATO, and the other freedom-loving nations in the United Nations come together and apply military and economic pressure on the perpetrator in a way that avoids another world war, but defeats the perpetrator.  We can strengthen the rule of law within the United States by establishing additional safeguards for our constitutional system of government and by providing full support for the equitable enforcement of laws at the local, state, and federal levels. 

There is substantial evidence that in America, the super-wealthy power brokers within the 10% Ruling Class have been using their control of the Federal Reserve System and the news media, which they own, to systematically swindle and steal the generational wealth of the 90% Working Class.  They are not only receiving a free ride in our economy; they are driving the vehicle.  They are doing this by using institutionalized bribery, political action committees (PACs), the “sound bites” of broadcast media, the “tweets” of social media, “opinion polls,” and the unsupported opinions of so-called media experts to confuse and deceive the 90% Working Class.

Only about two-thirds of eligible Americans vote in national elections, split almost evenly between the Democratic and Republican Parties.  This 50/50 split has been utilized and controlled by the super-wealthy power brokers and their Stooges to maintain the existing gridlock in Congressional legislation.  To pass meaningful legislation that eliminates the systemic tools used by the super-wealthy and their Stooges, there must be a two-thirds majority of Musketeers in both houses of Congress who will prioritize the country and its citizens over their own personal and financial goals of staying in office and appeasing rather than serving the American people.

We the people must begin now, long before the 2026 Midterm Elections, looking for Musketeers from both political parties who will commit to holding the power brokers and their stooges accountable for violating the Constitution and their oaths of office.  The website at www.edwardkimbrough.com has been designed to provide the American voter with detailed voter information, expose the tools used by the power brokers and their Stooges to deceive and swindle the American people, and establish a peaceful plan of action that we the people can utilize, through the power of our votes, to reclaim control of our government.

The nonpartisan We The People PAC (WTPP) has been created to partner with and support political organizations in both parties at the local, state, and federal levels who will support those political candidates who will prioritize the country over their party and commit to debating the reform legislation that can return the power of government to the American people during the 2027 legislative year.

The WTPP will promote Universal Principles from the Holy Bible as the moral foundations for the Constitution and the rule of law, as well as the proposed Comprehensive 8-Year American Strategic Reform Plan (ASRP), which were both developed from the book entitled “From Church House to Main Street: A Scientific Analysis of the Holy Bible.”

The ASRP is based on 15 years of research into the root causes of the systemic problems facing our nation, and it provides voters with historical facts and specific proposals to address them.  The WTPP can also utilize these specific reforms to motivate the one-third of voters who have not been voting in elections to register and participate in the ASRP to take back our government.

The We The People PAC proposes the following schedule of events to take back control of our government and begin addressing the systemic tools the super-wealthy power brokers and their Stooges in the 10% Ruling Class have been using to swindle the 90% Working Class in America for over a century:

1. Beginning in January 2026, use this proposed 8-Year American Strategic Reform Plan (ASRP) to find a two-thirds majority of Musketeers in both houses of Congress who will commit publicly to holding those accountable who blatantly violate the Constitution and their oaths of office.  To gain our support, they must commit publicly to debate in 2027 the following systemic tools used by the super-wealthy and their Stooges, while using the Universal Principles as the moral foundations for the rule of law: 

1. 1. 1. 1. Institutionalized Bribery
         2. The Electoral College.
         3. The unlimited terms in office.
         4. The gerrymandering of congressional districts.
         5. The participation in insider trading by employees and members of all three branches of government.
         6. The establishment of a one-year election cycle for the election of the President in 2028 by utilizing the electoral voters in each state. 
2. In the 2026 Midterm Elections, we should vote for the candidates from both political parties who commit publicly to debating the ASRP in 2027, such that it serves all the American people.  In the 2028 Elections, we should vote against those incumbents who do not stand by their commitment to debate the ASRP for a good reason.

3. Beginning in 2026, implement the proposed Public Personal Identification System (PPIS) through the Census Bureau, which provides the          following benefits:

1. 1. 1. 1. Protects the identity and privacy of every U.S. inhabitant.
         2. Provides the citizenship status of every U.S. inhabitant.
         3. Enables every inhabitant to participate with local, state, and federal law enforcement in the solution of issues involving illegal immigration, accurate background checks, family abuse, internal and external crime, and cyber-crime.
         4. Enables policymakers to evaluate legislative initiatives continually.
         5. Improves the relationship between the family and human government.

4. In 2028, begin the debate of the Federal Reserve System, which is owned by the banks and creates money “out of thin air” that continually inflates            the American economy, against an Asset/Capital-Based Monetary System that is supported by the assets of the federal government, which are                owned by the American people.

 5. In 2029, begin the conversion of our monetary system from the current Debt/Credit-Based Monetary System to the proposed                             Asset/Capital-Based Monetary System by:

1. 1. 1. 1. Negotiating the purchase of the Federal Reserve Banks from the national banks and transferring the twelve Federal Reserve Banks to the Department of the Treasury.
         2. Establishing fifteen (15) Industrial Budget Sectors based on IRS Activity Codes and assigning one of the fifteen budget sectors to each of the fifteen Cabinet Departments.
         3. Establishing fifteen Monetary Policy/Appropriation Committees made up of members from both houses of Congress and assigning them to each of the fifteen Cabinet Departments.
         4. Directing through legislation that each Cabinet Department and the assigned Monetary Policy/Appropriation Committee work with each of the fifteen Industrial Budget Sectors to ensure that each budget sector receives a sufficient supply of money to fund its quantified growth projections without fueling inflation.
         5. Authorizing each Industrial Budget Sector to receive its funding from “at-risk investments” of businesses, the public, and Congressional appropriations to support quantified growth projections.
         6. Authorizing the federal government to receive its funding from the equitable taxes from businesses, the public, and the sale of various treasury notes to businesses and the public, which would provide a safe place for businesses and the public to invest with a good return on their money, and could possibly balance the federal budget by 2028.

 6.  In 2029, begin or continue to implement the long-range, unified political strategies to Fix Our Infrastructure, Fix Our Environment, and Fix Our               Foreign Policy.
